Job Description


An experienced person is required to assist in the smooth operation and administration of an office. and supporting the management in day-to-day operations.




Required Skills


  • Key responsibilities include:

    Daily control and administration of office activities

    Providing efficient support to management in the daily operations of the company

    Coordinate with the payment section in receipts of revenue and payments of invoices, data entry and basic accounting

    Accurate filing and documentation in the office and assisting with project documentation

    Key Characteristics:

    Strong interpersonal skills, as coordination is often needed with operations and engineering

    Strong logical, innovative and flexible thinking in setting own initiatives to improve the administrative system

    A self driver, has a dedicated sense of responsibility to get things moving and done.




Minimum Qualifications


Min 2 years experience
Diploma or University degree, preferably in Business admininstration or related fields
